UK Bribery Act 2010
Last April, the Bribery Act of 2010 was passed in the United Kingdom, making acts of bribery punishable offenses. Natural persons as well as enterprises may be affected by the new law.

Recently, the British Secretary of State published a new statement on how significant passages of the Act are to be applied, and introduced a guidance document for compliance systems.
