Investing in Germany 2009
Horwath Germany has revised and reprinted its brochure, "Investing in Germany".
The benchmarks of German corporation, trade, and income tax law are presented in table form in the brochure. In addition, the brochure provides an overview of the taxation of immoveable assets in Germany, about German VAT, and also about the amount of withholding tax rates on interest and dividends that can be retained in accordance with the DBA within Germany.
